Itachi como todo mundo sabe é irmão do Sasuke. Ele matou todo mundo da clan dele porque eles queriam destruir Konoha, mas Itachi só não teve coragem de matar seu irmão menor Sasuke. Depois disso Itachi fugiu da sua aldeia e virou um rogue e tambem decidiu ficar com a organização Akatsuki.
Ele no final morreu por seu irmão e colocou como alarme de defesa no Sasuke um Amaterasu para ter certeza que ninguem faça mal para Sasuke. Ele morreu tranquilamente pensando que Sasuke então depois de ter matado Itachi iria de volta para Konoha, mas descobrindo a missão super secreta de Itachi Sasuke decidiu destruir Konoha.
